Return Policy
Returning an item couldn't be easier. If you're not completely happy with your artwork, you have 14 days from the date you received the piece to request a replacement or return. If the artwork arrived within 14 days of your request, the artwork is in its original packaging and in the same condition as it arrived, you must pay only returning shipping fees and insurance.

How do I request a return?
To request a return or a replacement, simply:
write us at contact@davidedwards.fr We wil give you full informations details for shipping back , no question asked ! If the unthinkable happens and your artwork arrives damaged, please follow the returns process outlined above. Some detailed photos of any damage sustained would also be really helpful. If you can manage to retain the original packaging, that would be great too!

What happens next?
You will be fully refunded the artwork value and initial shipping costs within 24-48 hours after the artwork has been received. Alternatively, if you have requested a replacement, the seller will ship your new artwork as soon as they receive the original piece.

Shipping rates
In a spirit of democratization of works of art, David Edwards wished to participate in the shipping costs of the works. Shipping costs are therefore included in the selling price.

Shipping locations
Currently, deliveries are limited to metropolitan France and all countries of the European Union. Please contact us at contact@davidedwards.fr for any deliveries outside the EU.

Delivery delays
It usually takes 2 to 9 business days for the parcel to arrive, depending on its destination & local customs. Customer will be advised at all times by email of any delays or issues that may be encountered.

Tracking and insurance
All shipping are tracked and insured.

Damaged artwork
In the infortunate case that your artwork is delivered damaged, you can either refuse the shipment or you can have the delivery company mark the shipment as 'received damaged'. Please take photos of the damaged parcel and artwork and contact us by mail with the pictures at contact@davidedwards.fr. We will provide you with the return address where to ship back the damaged artwork.

Product details
All the products available for puchase on DavidEdwards.fr are original works of art, some in limited editions (numbered, signed and provided with a certificate of authenticity), reproductions of the artworks on various printing supports such poster, homeware, etc.
